Congress is too stupid

Posted by **comic relief** on Apr 15, 2019 at 12:27:34 AM:

This is the whole interview with the Donald's media troll, but at 12:29 this is what she says:
"I don't think Congress, particularly this group of congressmen and women, are smart enough to look through the thousands of pages that I would assume President Trump's taxes will be"
There is just so much wrong with everything that this woman has to say regarding this administration(her entire role is to defend the lies and maleficence of Trump), but this stood out to me today. The press secretary for the President of the United States is on air stating that the entirety of our Congress is just too stupid to even comprehend a tax return. Somehow Donald Trump's tax return is above comprehension. What The Fuck has happened here that that is a defense, and it's a defense that will work for all those sucking down the Brawndo.
I read Trump's twitter feed to get his actual words rather than other people's interpretation of his words. But somehow his direct words are never actually direct, as everyone tries to redefine what's said. He said on air at a debate that he's 'smart' because he doesn't pay taxes, and this is exactly why he won't release tax returns. There's also the fact that his tax returns would prove that he's not a billionaire, that he's fabricated his wealth by inflating values of everything from his property to his name. He literally claimed that his name alone is worth 3.8 billion dollars. He's added 10 stories onto his buildings. The man can not speak a word of truth.
Then there's his debts to Russia and his money laundering.
But that's all of no concern to the American public. And Congress is too stupid to figure anything out from a tax return....ffs, where does it end?
